Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Solarae Systems.
Digital Products
We generally do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions (e.g., Before8 Pro) are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google). We do not have the ability to process refunds for these purchases directly; you must request a refund through the respective store support.
Physical Goods (Basecamp Hardware)
If you are not entirely comfortable with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
