Contact
Start with the constraint.
Send the problem as you currently understand it. A useful first message does not need a polished brief; it needs enough context to determine whether Solarae is the right fit.
Useful context to include
- What is changing? The product, system, team, customer need, or business condition creating the work.
- Where is the friction? The part that is slow, brittle, unclear, risky, expensive, or difficult to operate.
- What already exists? Current product state, major systems, relevant constraints, and anything already attempted.
- What matters about timing? A real deadline, dependency, launch, incident, financing event, or other reason sequence matters.
Existing support
If you are contacting Solarae about an existing engagement or service issue, use the same address and put Support in the subject line. Include the affected system and enough detail to reproduce or identify the issue without sending secrets or credentials by email.
Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, recovery codes, or other secrets through email. Sensitive access should be exchanged through an agreed secure channel.
